Finally ... space.

cornerstone Studios Limited is an independent 501(c)(3) organization established in 2015 to create affordable studio space for emerging and career visual artists, especially those living in the Washington Heights and Inwood neighborhoods of northern NYC.​

Located on the third floor of Our Saviour's Atonement Church, cornerstone STUDIOS participates in NoMAA's annual Uptown Arts Stroll. 

Studio178 is a rotating 12-month residency available to immigrant artists, recent MFA graduates, late career artists, or artists in financial need. Cost to artists is $178/month. 

Gallery178 is cornerstone STUDIOS' exhibition space. Open by appointment, Gallery178 hosts two exhibitions each year in conjunction with its Summer and Winter Open Studios.
