Membership & Residency Applications @ cornerstone STUDIOS
There are two ways to join cornerstone STUDIOS:
1. Become a MEMBER of cornerstone STUDIOS.
2, Become a Studio178 ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE.
MEMBERSHIP
Applications for Membership open May 1, 2026. Application deadline is midnight on June 6, 2026. Click here to apply.
Studio C is available to share starting July 1, 2026. Size of room is 16' x 2' and is shared with Cornerstone Studios member Gal Cohen. Rent is $495.66/month, with a one-month security deposit. AC and WiFi are provided. Access is 24/7 with a kitchen and painter's sinks in two bathrooms. Wooden floors and eastern exposure. Participation in 2 annual open studios events is required. STUDIO178 RESIDENCY
Studio178 residency applications are accepted in February of each year. We are not accepting applications at this time.
Studio178 is a rotating 12-month residency for artists in one (or more) of four categories: immigrant artists, recent MFA graduates, late career artists, or artists in financial need. The $178/month rental fee is subsidized jointly by cornerstone STUDIOS and Our Saviour's Atonement Lutheran Church.
